At Reefluence, our mission is to empower businesses through effective use of creative technology.As a Senior Infrastructure Systems Engineer at Enhanced, I played a pivotal role in advancing the company's IT infrastructure and security initiatives through a multifaceted approach. With over 10 years of experience in the IT industry, I developed expertise in cybersecurity, automation, monitoring, and customer service.For the past 7 years, I've also been a content creator and livestreamer under the "Smilar" brand, streaming on Mixer, YouTube, and Twitch. This experience has provided me with valuable insights into content creation, audience engagement, and online platforms.Meanwhile, within my role at Enhanced, I continue to spearhead critical projects, enhancing operational efficiency and cybersecurity posture. From designing and deploying simulated phishing services to improving monitoring and maintenance standards, my collaborative approach ensures optimal outcomes and solutions for our clients. My overarching mission remains to make technology work better for businesses, not against them.
