I received my Bachelor’s in Digital Design at NJIT and primarily focus on XR (Extended Reality). I want to explore VR and AR technology and ways to implement them into a fun science education learning environment. I recently pursued further certification with Circuit Stream in their XR Prototyping course and will attend an XR focused UX class in 2024. Prior to studying XR, I enjoyed getting involved in more hands-on design projects in my studio classes in NJIT. In the past I have won awards with SIGGRAPH in Anaheim and Vancouver for my Arduino based project “Weather Flower”, which was a robotic flower made from PLA printed parts and laser cut plexiglass that bloomed and closed, as well as changed colors depending on the inputted city’s current weather. On the side I also have an active hobby in astronomy and geology, getting involved with the North Jersey Mineralogical Society in the past, attending mineral conventions, and helping The Mars Society with public outreach on their MDRS project. My goal is to try and find ways to provide further education in both these subjects through VR/AR/MR as a way to tie together all my interests.
