I am currently a 3rd-year accountancy student in the Farmer School of Business at Miami University. I am from Loveland, Ohio which is just north of Cincinnati. Outside of accounting, I enjoy running, golfing, and watching Cincinnati sports.While it may seem trivial, I credit my high school job for most of the growing up that I did. Throughout the 5 years that I have worked at Obannon Creek Golf Club, I learned invaluable experience in not only customer service but also basic inventory and accounting principles in the workplace.At Miami, I have continued to grow and learn as a person partly through the client challenge that I participated in. Throughout this project, I learned how to be a team member and also pitch an idea to a real company. I have also expanded my knowledge of accounting by taking up to intermediate accounting curriculum.I intend to use these lifelong learned skills at an internship this next summer.
