Sam has over thirty years experience in managing capital projects from start to finish. The focus of his work has been in establishing project plans, selecting team members and managing the successful completion and delivery while ensuring the quality, safety, budget and schedule of the project. This focused approach enables him to achieve business objectives by exceeding customer expectations, and building lasting relationships with his clients.Sam’s career includes experience on both sides of the construction coin as an owner’s representative and the general contractor’s project manager. He has managed Training and Development initiatives, participated with the Human Resource Manager and streamlined process as part of reinventing the company in times of economic strife.Sam holds both his Masters and Bachelors Degree in Construction Science and Management from Clemson University which qualifies him to teach in ITT Technical College and Greenville Technical College construction programs.
