Current- Manage L1, L2 team tasks, Helpdesk queue management and problem resolution
- Engage with vendors to ensure all problems are resolved efficiently and effectively
- Lead and manage technical projects and technical documentation
- Configure and manage Active Directory 2019/2016 components and Windows Server
- Configure and manage VMware vSphere 8.x and 7.x Server infrastructure
- Azure & Microsoft 365 management including Exchange online, outlook, Teams, OneDrive
