• Primary Corporate partner to brand level GMs and Senior Leadership teams to drive growth and optimize profitability• Manage and lead the accounting and finance operations• Mentor, develop, and recruit brand level accounting and finance professionals • Collaborate effectively across all functional areas and with external stakeholders, including corporate accounting and finance, operations, M&A integration, human resources, marketing, corporate development, and outside consultants • Produce timely and accurate financial reports • Maintain and enforce company policies and internal controls designed to mitigate risk and ensure compliance with GAAP• Review and verify that all Balance Sheet accounts are properly supported with monthly reconciliations • Lead efforts and coordination with external auditors for all requested items for the region• Work with CFO, Corporate Controller, and brand level GMs to prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and capital plans• Execute and manage projects to achieve short- and long-term financial goals and strategies• Collaborate with M&A and Corporate Integration team on purchase accounting and OBS procedures for add-on acquisitions• Develop and implement “best practices” policies and procedures for brand level accounting teams• Support the cash management and working capital needs of the business

• Manage and review month-end close procedures, including journal entries and balance sheet account reconciliations • Investigate and explain fluctuations and variances for income statement accounts• Prepare and generate weekly report for CEO, CFO, and Board of Directors, which includes a 13-week cash flow and comprehensive summary of prior week’s sales, collections, disbursements, and other key metrics• Compile detailed monthly board reporting package • Prepare financial statements, footnote disclosures, and appropriate schedules while working directly with the external auditors • Oversight and management of evaluating and approving customer credit • Manage customer credit insurance for high dollar and volatile customers with the appropriate outside broker and carrier• Responsible for working with the Company’s attorney when litigation becomes necessary to pursue delinquent customer receivables • Collaborate with bank audit team to ensure compliance during periodic bank audits • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly borrowing base certificated to lenders regarding Company revolving line of credit• Calculate and submit monthly loan compliance package to lenders • Ensure property and real estate taxes are appropriated calculated and paid on time • File and pay sales and use tax for multiple states; Navigate periodic state audits as required • Work closely with the CFO through due diligence performed by prospective buyers of the Company (last transaction in July 2018)• Inspire continuous focus surrounding process improvements which save the Company time and resources • Assist the CFO with the preparation of the annual budget and periodic re-forecasts• Process and manage check, wire, ACH, and credit card deposits• Complete ad hoc financial analyses and projects for CEO, CFO, and Ownership as assigned• Supervise a Senior Accountant and a Staff Accountant (AP/AR/GL/Credit). • Recruit and hire new staff as required by turnover

• Support and collaborate daily with global finance teams and colleagues across ten different countries• Maintain Corporate general ledger, including journal entries, monthly account reconciliations, submission into consolidation software, financial statement review and analysis, etc.• Coordination of the global accounting close and consolidation process in accordance with GAAP• Prepare consolidated financial statements, footnote disclosures, and appropriate schedules while working directly with the external audit team during the year-end audit• Assist in preparing forecasts, analyzing the Company's actual results, and providing insight regarding key variances• Create Corporate budget and provide variance fluctuation explanations as required• Prepare the Company's consolidated Statement of Cash Flows, PPE Rollforward, and Lease Summary• Manage relationship with Company's primary global financial institution and corporate insurance broker• Monitor global cash and accounts receivable balances including providing weekly update reports to the CEO/CFO• Partner with the Manager of Financial Reporting to design, implement, and maintain a new global ERP system• Assist in due diligence of target acquisitions and support the finance integration of acquired companies • Oversight of intercompany payables and receivables including initiation of global cash disbursements • Analyze and monitor foreign currency rates for nine currencies, including preparation and generation of detailed monthly summary analysis distributed to the global finance team and other affiliated portfolio companies• Assist in process improvement initiatives, scaling accounting infrastructures, and standardizing processes globally• Develop, document, and implement accounting policies and procedures as necessary• Collaborate closely with the CFO, Corporate Controller, and the Manager of Financial Reporting on strategic plans and projects
