As the HR Manager, I was responsible for maintaining and enhancing the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs and practices. I lead the Centre’s HR strategy, development, implementation, evaluation and reforms, including new, progressive, HR initiatives in support of the Centre’s organizational mandate and various responsibilities as an Employer.
