I’m an experienced and knowledgable Housing Officer with a demonstrated history of working in the non-profit organization management industry providing excellent customer service to customers. I’m skilled in investigating and managing tenancy and leasehold cases, managing legal cases and the process, preparing witness statements and exhibits together with our solicitors, attending court to give evidence and representing RHP. I also enjoy working in partnership with agencies such as the Police, Mental Health Team, Social Services, LFB and attending multi agency meetings. I investigate serious cases of anti social behaviour social and complex housing management cases to include but not limited to Hoarding, tenancy breaches, Fraud and succession. I enjoy working with vulnerable customers and ensuring they receive the appropriate support to sustain their tenancy. I’m now a Complaints Manager managing three Complaints Advisors to ensure that our customer’s concerns are managed in full and in line with our Complaints Procedure. I manage the process and responses, always ensuring they are clear, friendly and detailed, taking into consideration the Housing Ombudsman’s Complaint Handling Code. I’m working hard to improve the service delivered to our customers and make positive change, as it’s important the customer always receives the best service possible and feels they have been listened to. I’m also responsible for all contact with key stakeholders to include MP’s, Councillors and the Tenants Champion investigating their concerns.
