With over four years of experience as a social worker and team lead at Brown County, I specialize in working with children and families in the initial assessment unit of child protective services. I have a bachelor's degree in social work from Concordia University Wisconsin and a certification in social work from the Wisconsin Department of Safety & Professional Services.My core competencies include communication, collaborative problem solving, and relationship building. I am passionate about providing trauma-informed care and support to the individuals and families I serve, and ensuring their safety and well-being. I also have experience in conducting forensic interviews with children and teens, following the Wisconsin Forensic Interview Guidelines. My goal is to make a positive difference in the lives of the most vulnerable members of our community.
