I strive to not be a boss but a Leader, A Leader that not just tells you what to do but shows you how to do it. We opened Agrimerica Farm and Construction in March of 2018 with a few New Holland Tractors and a small equipment rental fleet and we have now quadrupled our rental fleet and Tripled our New Holland sales goals in less than Five years. I look forward to the future and below I’ve listed a little about myself. Im a self motivated, business minded person who always finishes what I start. I learn new skills and concepts very fast. I bring strong budget and quota consciousness, negotiation, and communication interpersonal skills to the table. I have an entrepreneurial spirit but at the same time I can be a great team member. I also have the ability to work with multiple projects simultaneously with high focuses on targets, goals, budgets and time lines. I hold a strong leadership personality and the traits people look for when wanting someone they can trust to do business with. I don't look for just fast sales with potential clients my goal is to build relationships with clients that last and give them the feeling of assurance. My work experience has shown me to be a superior communicator, while able to develop and articulate sales account strategy and objectives I’m most at home leading my team on to the the next goal . I have a history of consistently surpassing goals in a high growth environment. I effectively build and maintain exceptional customer relationships to generate loyalty from customers, in addition to fostering new relationships in the market place.
