Rf Engineer Contract
Current- Analyze, take action, and report on the top worst performing cells GSM/GPRS/EGPRS/3G on a weekly basis.- Daily check voice quality and troubleshoot site problems such as high drop call rate, SDCCH drop rate, TCH assignment fail rate, HO success rate etc.- Check data quality and troubleshoot site problems such as DL/UL packet success, DL/UL user throughput, TBF reject etc.- Analyze and troubleshooting problem to network improvement by statistic with M2000 server and PRS system- Make a Plan frequency and adjacent for site expansion and New site.- Analyze and troubleshooting customer complaint voice and data.- Used to TEMS Investigation Tool for analyze and troubleshooting quality problem.- BSS parameter optimization and new feature implementation-Handover algorithm, Congestion relief, DTX, power control, Haft rate, RLT, DL access min ,TMA&MHA setting- Fine tuning of the BSS parameters - Hopping, Power control, Quality, handovers, neighbor relations, congestion relief , Cell reselection and etc - Identify and suggest the need for new coverage sites + capacity sites (Nominal cell plan, Site survey, TRX expansion)- Weekly period checking system data by compare with Plana system, corrected inconsecutive missing data such as NB missing, Cell and TRX parameter inconsistent etc. - Handover verification report and PAT report preparation by using Actix, Assistance, TEMP, MapInfo program. - Analyzes Drive test data to find out crossing feeder, coverage and NB relation.- Update and correct Cells, TRXs, NB data by collect system data using CME system, analyze and update to System.- Apply excel macro and complex formula to checking, creating report and data base and creating MML command for Batch operation. - Update information such as cell reference to Actix and TEMS program and distribute to relate staff( Report generator and Drive test team)
