Sam Dutton - I am currently studying a Human Physiology undergraduate degree at the University of Liverpool.Employment: Insurance Firm (Carpenters), Retail (Everton FC store (Fanatics inc)) (current to past)I am currently employed by Carpenters as an insurance agent. Within this role I am tasked with receiving information from client's who have been involved in road traffic accidents and beginning the new claim's procedure so that it can be processed as quickly as possible to assist our policyholders.I Have experience in customer satisfaction and team orientated environments, with good communication and leadership skills. These have been developed during my current and previous areas of work and I am still looking to improve other areas of skills that would enable me to be more applicable to different roles and situations.I also volunteer for Liverpool Football Club Foundation working within coaching and developing participants in sport, with the hope of developing further in this role with the addition of my degree. This is where my main interest lies as it combines my passion of sport with my academic knowledge of the human body and how it's physiology is affected.Interested in directing my career towards using biology within sport development, specifically in Football as that is where I am most passionate but am open to alternative opportunities if presented to myself.
