Largo Resources Ltd. is a Toronto-based strategic mineral company focused on the production of vanadium flake, high purity vanadium flake and high purity vanadium powder at the Maracás Menchen Mine located in Bahia State, Brazil.In addition to my ordinary board duties:- Acted as Member of Operations Committee (2015-2019) where I was responsible for overseeing operational budgets, review capital expenditures, engage in external operational reviews and submit recommendations to the board- Acted as Member of Audit Committee (2015-2016), where I was responsible for overseeing financial reporting and disclosures, risk management and control procedures and external audit processes - Facilitated the deal execution on a debut US$150 mm Secured High-Yield in May 2018, as well as a CAD$96.6 mm Secondary Offering in July 2018

I did my MBA Summer Internship at Hudson Clean Energy Partners, a Private Equity practice that specializes in investments in companies that develop or own power generation and associated assets, and in companies in various segments of the clean energy value chain. I worked very closely with the portfolio management team of a company connected to Energy Efficiency and Distributed Generation Markets in order to understand a new market sector before entry. I sought information from market experts in both energy efficiency systems and financing to understand market opportunity and risks. The key output were a set of strategic recommendations into expanding Agency Business for Energy Efficiency Financing into the US Commercial and Industrial SectorI also reviewed late-stage development Solar and Geothermal Assets in North America, Europe and the Middle East. Prepared Preliminary Investment Committee materials (comprising project economics, structure, and risk analysis) and developed term sheets with external counsel for one of the assets.

Served as Senior Associate in a three-person investment team when I helped source and analyze over 30 metals and mining target investments. My day-to-day responsibilities included:- Asset valuation, returns, growth potential, asset attractiveness, cash generation and risks. - Deal execution of all phases of investment process including: investment committee communications; financial and operational due diligence; financial and operational guidance and monitoring - Coordinated and prepared due diligence documentation for capital raising for Fund I and Fund IIDeal Experience included:- Investment and Exit in Globestar Mining, as asset in the Dominican Republic, 2009-2011. Modeled project economics and led internal financial and operational due diligence for the investment. Reviewed tag-on acquisitions and Perilya's acquisition offer- Recapitalization of Sierra Metals (Mexico) and US$350mm LBO Acquisition of Minera Corona’s Mining Assets and Hydroelectric Plant (Peru, 2008-2011): Assessed all M&A strategic opportunities during 2008-2011. Standardized capital expenditures budget and internal corporate models alongside the CFO. Reviewed term sheets and definitive agreements for the Minera Corona acquisition. Redesigned financial and operational guidance, and company marketing materials

During 2006-2008, I was part of JPMorgan's Investment Banking program for the Latin America Advisory Group. I focused on comprehensive financial modeling, market and valuation analysis, and financial due diligence of assets in Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Peru, Colombia. Traveled significantly to Brazil and Mexico for on-site due diligence and management sessions encompassing various sector verticals: Metals & Mining (including Steel), Utilities (Generation and Distribution), and Financial Institutions (Banking, Pension Funds and Insurance)
