Worked directly with the Athletic Director on day-to-day tasks- Developed marketing plans for social media exposure- Led Institutional Self-Study Guide (ISSG) full department evaluation by holding meetings,communicating with each employee, and writing reports- Designed an informational brochure that was shared with MCLA President and administration, ,highlighting the academic achievements of student-athletes-Developed a research project that looked into retention and recruitment patterns in athletics over the past 10 years.
