Worked in a range of Digital roles at Suncorp to execute a program of work with the goal to orientate Suncorps channel mix to digital. This included the launch of the Suncorp App (internally to staff and externally to customers) to achieve download and activation targets across multiple channels (contact centres, Stores, Claims, Digital and Intermediated).

Led the GIO motor online redesign project to implement a customer based design solution for motor quote and application pages. The project was run using the Agile methodology and was delivered on time and within budget. The improved quote process delivered over 250% increase in online motor sales.
