Worked in a range of Digital roles at Suncorp to execute a program of work with the goal to orientate Suncorps channel mix to digital. This included the launch of the Suncorp App (internally to staff and externally to customers) to achieve download and activation targets across multiple channels (contact centres, Stores, Claims, Digital and Intermediated) and across 6 brands (AAMI, GIO, Suncorp, Apia, CIL and Shannons).

Developed customer value propositions to maximise customer value with a focus on new business and segmentation. This was achieved by the launch of new home insurance products - GIO Platinum, 55UP and Investor home and contents products - that all exceeded sales expectations. Collaborated with marketing to develop ATL campaigns and BTL campaigns that had a consistent message that was clear, simple and easy for our customers to understand.

Led the GIO motor online redesign project to implement a customer based design solution for motor quote and application pages. The project was run using the Agile methodology and was delivered on time and within budget. The improved quote process delivered over 250% increase in online motor sales.

Management of the fixed term investment portfolio (term deposits, CBFC Debentures and Bonds) including balance performance, NIE and market share targets. This also included the implementation of legislative changes and development of new product enhancements to ensure financial targets were met.
