- Primary performance responsibilities include analyzing financial data to determine the merits of loan requests (including adherence to loan policy), recommending structure, collecting financial statements, as well as identifying cross selling/referring opportunities of other deposits services.- Develops and supports bank growth by capitalizing on business prospects, identifying cross-selling opportunities, deepening relationships, and increasing client acquisition including the establishment and maintenance of key relationships and business contacts within the community and our targeted industry segment.- Manages and maintains a safe, sound and profitable loan portfolio, monitoring loans to ensure credit quality, collecting payment on delinquent loans as necessary, and working with my team to follow up on loan documentation and/or loan tracking exceptions.- Conducts interviews with new and existing customers to establish financial needs and makes recommendations to satisfy those needs.- Partners with the Lending & Credit Teams to underwrite, evaluate and originate loan applications. Makes lending decisions within lending limit and in accordance with the Bank’s credit policies and procedures.

- Evaluated pertinent documents & information to get a better picture of how financially stable prospect borrowers were & how able they would be to repay any credit that was given to them, in a timely & efficient way. - Carefully & diligently reviewed tax returns, income statements, balance sheets, profit & loss documents, debt schedules, rent rolls & etc. to get a good sense of how borrowers performed & handled business. - Compiled all findings into a standard and easy to digest format, then presented it to our team of lenders and/or management.
