I am motivated and hardworking with a variety of professional experiences in generative industries. These include my current role as one of the chefs at Flour & Grape, a fresh pasta restaurant, and previous cheffing roles in London and Los Angeles. I have also worked as a metalwork fabricator, following my degree, where I focused on making precise instruments and machinery in metal, plastic and wood. I enjoy problem solving and learning new things, whilst part of a team. These skills and experiences enable me to understand the demands and dynamics of work and adapt to new challenges.
