As the the Vice President at Optimum Energy Solutions, I provide leadership to the Building Automation Systems (BAS), Testing Adjusting and Balancing (TAB) and Building Systems Commissioning (Cx) teams with a deep commitment to delivering high-performance building systems to Building Owners. With meticulous attention to detail, precision and accuracy, I strive to optimize building systems performance and efficiency, from the construction phase; field installation verification, testing, adjusting and balancing of the air and hydronic systems, mechanical and control systems functional testing, documentation of issues and corrective actions taken, and documentation of the final building systems performance; to the follow up phase, with warranty phase issue tracking and corrective actions documentation. I recognize that, “if it doesn’t get measured, it doesn’t get done” but that it also takes tracking and follow through to make sure “it” doesn’t slip through the cracks.
