Manage Health Security through Public Health Emergency Operation Centre for Public Health Emergencies project implementation , collaboration with government staff, establish Emergency Operation Center (EOC) infratructure, creation of inception phase, implementation of phase planning, project budgeting and donor reporting. Coordinate with high level of government stakeholders, minstry of health, parners-WHO, to ensure PSI Strengthening Health Security through Public Health Emergency Operation Center (PHEOC) project meets all design and implementation phase, indicator and is well integrated to national policies and standard for responding to national strategy plan, international health regulation (IHR)2005 indicators.Actively participate technical work ing group on EOC/Health Emergency Management for develop/ review Emergency Operation Center (EOC) Incident Management System (IMS) Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for sub national level, training curriculum; Diease Surveillances- update Cambodia Eearly Warning (CamEWARN) user guide, Resources Mapping development for PHEOC that integrated into CamEWARN; risk communication , IHR annual review meeting and IHR annual workshop. Facilitate of PHEOC planing at national and subnational levels, capacity development to health staff including Rapid Response Team (RRT) on EOC IMS SOP including stimulation exercises,Resources Mapping for PHEOC. Develop training materials for both central and subnational levels following the adaptation of PHEOC surveillance strengthening strategy of MOH.

Building on the existing analysis and work under the oversight of National Center for Tuberculosis and Leprosy Control (CENAT) Technical Team and HP+, and with assistance TB Management Information System (TB-MIS) programmer, the incumbent will identify key improvements, adding recommended, appropriate and necessary features/variables/parameters into the TBMIS program aiming at improving the TB program data including its quality. Develops a detailed plan for improving the current TBMIS functions and TB program data captured – Childhood TB, TB in Migrants, TB Prevention Therapy and entered into the TBMIS database, based on the gaps/challenges identified above and the findings from the TBMIS review was recently conducted. Coordinates with CENAT in order to finalize and improve the TBMIS improvement plan. Develops the capacity building and implementation plan for the TB staff on the revision of the TBMIS System. This plan development includes revising the TBMIS Standard Operating Procedures/Guideline/manuals to reflect the revised features of the TBMIS system, developing the training materials and plan, and conducting some selected trainings. Coordinates with the HP+ HQ TB lead and CENAT to develop the dissemination and training plans of the recently completed existing TB investment case. The aim of the dissemination is to use the TB investment case advocate with policy decision makers for more domestic resources for TB. Conduct an assessment on the inclusion of HIV/TB into Health Equity Fund (HEF) and National Social Security Fund (NSSF). Participate in the Joint Program Review Technical Team and other stakeholders in developing the concept note, giving technical inputs to the draft concept note.
