Responsible for assisting faculty and staff across the university with proposals to private foundations. Selected daily tasks include: researching foundation prospects suitable for specific projects, developing thoughtful strategies for approaching foundations, writing and editing grant proposals, ensuring the smooth flow of award paperwork through university systems, managing the reporting process. To date, have helped secure multiple six- and seven-figure grant awards as part of a small Foundation Relations team that has driven over $36 million in giving over the past four years.

Taught eight sections of SPCM 200 -- Public Speaking.- Taught public speaking skills to students at a variety of competency levels.- Drafted daily lesson plans, graded incoming assignments, and constructively critiqued student speeches.- Received consistently high marks when evaluated by students and faculty.

- Managed communication with grantees and processed paperwork for all grant programs.- Conducted research and produced budgets and reports as requested.- Drafted and edited internal company newsletters.- Helped plan and lead the Pharos Fund Workshops for prospective grantees.

- Managed variety of office tasks, including phones, mailings, minutes, and customer relations.

Responsible for the daily functioning of a satellite retail location selling goods baked at the main Fort Collins bakery.
