Primary Duties and Responsibilities:*Monitor inventory levels and adjust reorder point and min max levels to minimize inventory and maximize service levels*Effectively manage the purchase order replenishment process with a focus on matching inventory levels with the needs of our stores*Process purchase orders, resolve discrepancies and issues as they occur during the purchase order cycle*Identify areas of oppurtunity with regard to cost reduction and negotiation*Negotiate pricing, terms and other contractual issues with suppliers*Manage transportation costs and focus on reducing total landed cost*Work with Visual, Real Estates, Marketing and Project team to understand upcoming project and identify potential sources of supply*Effectively gather project requirements and obtain pricing from qualified sources of supply*Focus on creating supplier relationship that offer win-win results*Effectively manage supplier performance by conducting routine supplier business reviews*Routinely meet with the current suppliers to bring new and improved product solutions forward*Degree in Marketing*Strong business acumen*Ability to successfully multi-task in a fast-paced environment*Excellent communication and strong negotiation skills*A strong work ethic with positive "can-do" attitude and one who takes pride in the quality of their work
