• Liaising with borrowers, arrangement team, relationship managers, and operations groups at participating financial institutions in order to manage deal cash flows, wires, and other daily financial transactions
• Serve as an integral team member within the Loan Syndications Agency Group by reviewing loan documents at transaction origination, representing bank loan operations and lenders, and providing input on lender.
• Work with credit agreements and documentation, in conjunction with the arrangement team to resolve any operational and related issues
• Facilitate loan drawdowns, repayments, interest rate changes, pricing grid changes, and fee payments

* Manage ATB Participant Syndicated files by assisting with transactions, loan funding, fees, interest, etc.* Interact with Agent banks * Maintain margining files and reporting including follow up for late submissions and report any irregularities of margining reports*Collect, maintain, and monitor reporting requirements based on the approved Application.
