Created an Internal Sales Company with a Liverpool Developer to establish a secure route to market for their property developments in the City Centre and a strong, consistent UK sales channel. Recruitment of staff and management, creation of inductions & training materials, operational and IT systems and procedures through to marketing channels. MI across all areas of the business and securing sales results averaging £3m in GDV per month, £5m GDV per month at peak. Projects were located opposite the Royal Liver Building and a UNESCO World Heritage Site, luxury waterfront apartments in the heart of Liverpool and entry-level residential and PBSA apartments.

Created 3 new businesses from a standing start, for a Group Company, to target new markets in International Property Investment Sales, Financial Service Sales and Call Centre Lead Generation. Starting as a Operations Executive, I created and managed all aspects involved and received promotions through the ranks as it all grew and expanded. Op's Exec to Manager, to Operations Director on to appointment as Managing Director (and later Shareholder) for all 3 businesses. My remit and experience grew as the companies did and this encompassed marketing, sales, operations, admin, IT and finance. Final years resulted in directing middle and senior management across our internal call centre on new business lead generation (circa 45 staff), our internal sales team (10), para-planning and IFA regulated teams on investments, pensions and life protection (17), field appointment coordination teams (28) for the 500+ self-employed field Agents. Directed the marketing dept on in-house campaigns from creatives to audience segmentation and profiling, scheduling to lead delivery. Liaised with external marketing agencies on specific paid advertising, from project inception to delivery and management of in-house marketers on the day-to-day. Directed and managed Call Centre and Dialler Managers, Senior Financial Advisors, Administration teams and Co-ordination staff and management. Recruited and established the HR and Recruitment team, later utilised to service other Group Companies too. Created all sales and marketing workflows in each business operationally, administratively, sales strategies to achieve business goals through to IT systems, defining data capture and validation need that ensured data accuracy and output for business critical reports and daily MI. Headed sales meetings across the Country with key partners resulting in month on month revenue and profit growth, exceeded all sales targets.
