Build the 5-year plan to address growth and optimization simultaneously. Accountable for distribution planning of $3.5B snacks supply across a network of 60+ warehouse locations. Leading a total team of 17 planners and managers with critical responsibility for maintaining customer service while reducing inventory, waste, and logistics costs. Lead all logistics network design work including warehouse standups and shutdowns. • Responsible for the organization’s work around logistics optimization utilizing Llamasoft software to solve network inefficiencies. Provide modeling solutions to guide the strategic decisions for senior leadership. • Direct the supply chain transformation of finished product distribution. Changing the flow of products through the logistics network from a “pull” to a “push” strategy. Reorganizing the workforce of 50+ employees to centralize deployment to one team of 17 employees utilizing SAP APO • Lead the implementation of SAP APO across the distribution planning function. • Collaborate with Sales Operations and Sales Strategy to execute innovation, shelf resets and critical promotions. • Key deliverables include a $3MM distribution network optimization savings current fiscal year.

• Accountable for leading the overall improvement in operational performance for all Distribution/Warehousing functions for Campbell Snacks including year over year cost performance improvement, masterplan execution, and internal and external execution of critical programs to drive optimization opportunities.• Develop pipeline of cost savings initiatives to support overall Supply Chain cost savings targets• Lead the team’s continuous improvement efforts, standard work processes, and end to end supply chain optimization• Responsible for Project leadership of a several cost savings initiatives including Dolly Procurement ($600K), Project Source ($1.2M), and Pallet Optimization ($3.3M).

Strategic planning of heavily constrained production facilities, balancing customer service, inventory and cost objectives.Direct the complicated supply chain of the $44MM export business, from production planning through distribution.Facilitated the million dollar implementation of SAP APO as a super user. Well versed in SAP transactions related to distribution, purchasing, sales, and production scheduling. Liaison with plants to drive changes in crewing strategy, sourcing, and develop strategies to minimize Total Delivered Cost. Manage a capacity constrained production facility by planning production to satisfy customer service, working capital and waste targets. Work cross-functionally with brand and supply chain strategy to achieve growth targets through product and package innovation. Guide finance and customer development decisions related to product push and related trade-off implications.

Advanced production planning and strategy for 12 manufacturing facilities across the West business unit. Utilize AP software to optimize capacity and lowest cost manufacturing to meet demand. Aim to reduce total inventory and warehouse out of date, while increasing customer service and lowering total stock outs.
