As a Customer Account Manager I was responsible for a set number of Customers in one of our service areas. I handled all aspects of their account from scheduling their appointments and sending out notifications to making payments and processing refunds. I provided them with a personal contact number and email where I spoke directly with customers through email, text, or phone calls. I handled all issues that arose and if they contacted customer support and requested a manager they were forwarded to me for deescalation. This allowed for a more personalized experience and allowed us to be there for our customers through every step of point of their contract with our company.
