Lead the Benefits Division for ADP, National Accounts Services Business Unit. Responsible for driving client success with accountability for Benefits Client Services, Operations, Project Management, Technical Services, Strategic Initiatives, Carrier/Broker Partner Development and P&L ownership.

Envision and drive the overarching business and offering strategy for the Global Corporate Strategy / M&A Practice. Key responsibilities include:- Development and management of the go-to-market offerings portfolio- Creation and enhancement of offerings, assets and sales materials- Development of quarterly and fiscal year investment planning- Lead marketing campaigns, research and competitive analysis, capability development and resource allocation activities

Sam Finley is a Senior Manager in the Corporate Strategy and Growth Practice based out of the Atlanta office. She supports the Atlanta community as the Strategy Community Coordinator and is an active member of Strategy's NA Engagement Council. Sam served as the NA M&A Hub Lead and focuses on driving M&A pursuits and client opportunities as well as establishing a distinct Community of Practice and driving the development of M&A thought capital. For the past eight years Sam has focused on Operating Model Assessments, Merger Integration and Organization Design. Sam is aligned to Products-Life Sciences, but has experience in Financial Services, Communications and Resources.
