I have over 7 years of customer service experaince. I've dealt with all kinds off issues ranging from face to face in retail in my younger years to now where i'm dealing with highly complex issues and working for a resolution that both suits the customer and the business. I've devleoped very good communication abilities and am often able able to defuse tense encounters and find a middle ground. I have been told by clients and managers i have a very reassuring aura that makes them feel confident i will get what is required in any given scenario.
