• Project implementation, governance and global roll-out for the Commercial BankingRemediation offices. Implementing several project based initiatives, including policy andchange tasks, global standards policy and procedural feedback, troubleshooting systemsand KPI/MI mechanisms. • Managing the quality and productivity of circa 70 FTE case managers across theBirmingham Middle Office centre. Developing and implementing management and qualityinformation systems, feedback, training and coaching mechanisms for the global casemanager population. Working directly with both onshore and offshore teams, to driveconsistency and best practices for global standards and policy.• Directly reporting into a varied level of senior and global stakeholders, providing supportand management information and tools for segment and global leads.

• Project based Business Analyst focusing on process design, governance, risk and control and project supervision. A project which entailed the migration of the banks two client platforms, to a new joint housing system. Remediation completed on all existing clients, corporate entities and Trusts to meet standard and enhanced regulatory and business requirements; which had subsequently evolved since onboarding. • Lead on planning and implementation of a new project, regarding the suitability, risk classification and regulatory playback requirements for the organisations Private Bank clients regarding their investment and trading portfolios. This involved the initial planning, design and end result of the project. Highlights include; planning and design work of a new database system, the mapping of the go-live process, UAT testing, managerial reviews and roll-outs and ongoing training and support to the project analysts and senior stakeholders globally. • Working directly within the Private Banking Executive and Support Teams; completing the initial onboarding of varied complex new Private Bank clients including high-net worth individuals, large relationships, corporate entities, LLPs, Trusts, Pensions and Charities with varied structure levels, risk ratings and multi-jurisdictional operations. Strong KYC exposure for both refresh and on-going periodic reviews, source of wealth due diligence and analysis. Further exposure and experience with the opening and maintaining of investment portfolios, trading facilities and personal and corporate accounts.

• Acting on behalf of several major UK housing firms including Barratt, Kier and David Wilsonhomes with the reduction of their Second Charge Portfolios, offering cash and earlyredemption incentives for clients to redeem their Second Charge.• Establishing long term relationships with clients and their professional representatives, from proposal to redemption in a sale based role.
