Taking drinks orders, Included in this was over 75 cocktails, 100 different wines and numerous beers and soft drinks. All orders were taken via table service in four large sections. All of which could comfortably seat 80+ customers at once.

First time working behind a bar. Progressed to Trainee Bar Manager, taking care of ordering all wet stock, taking weekly stock counts, Organising a team of 4-5 to run as efficiently and productively as possible, drinks served to a pub style area as well as to a busy restaurant.

Working across different venues including, royal ascot, windsor gold cup, newbury, goodwood and sailsbury racecourses providing high end hospitality services.

NVQ level 3 in Mechanical Maintenance Engineering. Advanced Diploma in Engineering. Level Two Key Skills in working with others.Maintaining servicing and repairing paint spraying equipment. High pressure machines, hoses and spray guns. All repaired at our workshop and on customers sites.
