Coordinated the in-house renovation, redesign and construction of 19 greens without closing the golf course, while opening two new greens every 21 days.Oversaw the new construction of a 9 hole, lighted Par 3 course and practice facility which took only nine weeks from ground breaking to sprigging.Project Manager for a highly successful $750,000 clubhouse renovation including FF&E.Designed the kitchen and pro shop to maximize labor efficiency.Increased gross revenues from $700,000 to $2,400,000 during my employment.Developed all operating procedures and manuals for two courses and practice facility.Created and marketed "Stay and Play" packages with local resorts, hotels and condos.Managed a staff of 50 including the Superintendent, PGA Professionals and Food & Beverage Director.Researched, purchased, installed and personally built the data bases for two different golf courses and practice facility's property management systems in 2007.Implemented online tee time bookings and personally developed data based marketing.Fully trained on Fore! Reservations POS system. Familiar with IBS, Jonas, Crescent and Handicomp property management systems. Developed and marketed a number of highly successful membership programs.Responsible for all the daily operations of two courses, including sales and marketing, purchasing, human resources, budgeting, food & beverage, payroll and banking.Established winter and summer leagues, along with marketing tournaments year round.Won the ”BEST’ Golf Course in Bay County award three consecutive years 2002, 2003 and 2004. Also named one of Bay Counties top three courses in 2000, 2001, 2005, 2006 and 2007.
