Senior Bid Coordinator/ Acting Bid Manager
Current• Lead and coordinate the preparation of comprehensive tender submissions, for all states, from end to end• Head up the Bids team as far as internal communications (emails, estimating meeting, marketing meeting)• Collaborate with Marketing, Estimating, Design, and Business Units/Teams, build internal relationships.• Schedule workload for the team and monitor information being documented and applied by teams within submissions• Workload allocation to be allocated to the appropriate team members but also providing an even workload across the team• Assist in the development and delivery of all bids and tenders, along with working and assisting in prequalification questionnaires to ensure all tender documentation is completed• Develop customised capability documents and Expressions of Interest.• With the collaboration from marketing, create, update, and maintain templates following company branding guidelines along with copywriting and content creation for the following items but no limited to. o Project Sheets o Case Studies o Capability documents o Tender templates o EOI templates o Staff CV’s• Responsible with the guidance of the Marketing Director that templates have the most up to date information in line with industry trends• Constantly monitor and update knowledge bank; Company ABN’s, Financials, Referees, Project sizes etc• Draft and review bid submission content, ensuring all bids are submitted on time and fully compliant with the requirements.• Analyse the client’s documents to ensure the responses being created responds implicitly to the questions being asked• Ensure submissions are timely, compliant, and provide added value
