Responsible for analysis and insights of Southwest's Operational Performance, including drivers of reliability, productivity, and efficiency of operational design. Plays key role in development of network plans from an operational standpoint as well as supports development of the company's Operational Strategy through data-driven analysis. Teams work cross-functionally across Southwest's operating departments to deliver analysis and support to ensure efficient delivery of a reliable product for our Customers.Teams/areas of focus include: -Operational performance & analysis -Forecasting & simulation -Operations research & data science development -Understanding and driving alignment on Employee feedback of operational issues and concerns -Strategic analysis and development of large-scale operational initiatives -Support and development of Company, Operational, and Financial strategy through analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
