I am a qualified and professional Fire Chief with 15 years of experience in the fire service. I practice a progressive and adaptive leadership philosophy with emphasis on building strong and cohesive teams, and take a creative and innovative approach to problem solving. I organize and direct all fire district activities to make the largest impact possible with limited resources. I also coordinate with various outside agencies such as other fire districts, municipalities, non-government organizations, and elected officials in order to accomplish common goals. I am currenty serving as the Vice Chair or the Cochise County Fire Chief's Association, A regional non-profit group made up of local Fire Chief's whos purpose is to enhance regional cooperation among agencies.
