Current responsibilities include,product responsibility for Soft-fruit, Grapes and Herbs, company expert in pesticides, Chair of Chemistry Action Group, Co-Chair of Field to Fork Action Group, Herb A-List manager. Creating and delivering the category plan across soft fruit and grapes with the team, getting supplier and grower buy-in, to deliver 1st to market innovation and a world class supply base. . Excellent contact base from Centres of Excellence across the world, accumulating in pulling commercial projects from academia to deliver new and innovative products, packaging and process. Lead, motivate and direct a team of industry experts in the restructure of the M&S Chemistry group to deliver a greater level of governance, increased clarity and defined targeted outputs. Delivered a step change in policy and created a market leading strategy in pesticides to take No1. position in PAN UK retailers league. Responsible for driving and evolving Field to Fork, delivering a concise and effective policy, creating stronger KPI measures, designing an auditor e-learning module, challenging auditor competency and driving the rollout across foods. Regularly organised and led global grower conferences to align and engage the supply base. Work across the business to deliver Plan A and CSR agenda to maintain and increase customer trust and brand integrity.

Working within Quality and Innovation team as a technologist in Dairy Produce, where by my responsibilities were within Veg and Salads. Led the technical development and delivery of Woodland eggs, defined the initial scope and roll-out plan. Launched and delivered Farm Promise milk, market leading in-conversion product.
