Providing Project Control services into client organisations within the Infrastructure sector, primarily focussing on large, complex programmes. The role is to establish and maintain the rigour of project performance management across the project through provision of best practice project performance data capture, analysis and reporting. This includes the delegation of Project and Work package Management, creation and maintenance of level 1, 2 and 3 plans in Primavera P6 and communication of project status reports to all stakeholder levels. Other core responsibilities are accurate three-point forecasting of baseline and what-if plans, championing the risk management process and toolsets and managing project/work package change.

I am currently working in the Project Management Office for an Assessment Phase Naval Ship build project. The PMO is an embedded part of the Joint Project Office as we seek means of working together better with our Customers. Reporting to the Project Controls and Planning Manager, my responsibilities include project stakeholder management, risk management, milestone tracking, communications, data management and reporting. Recently, I have been extending my duties to include estimating, opportunity realisation and resourcing.I continue to pursue training opportunities and have recently completed the Association for Project Management APMP and Risk Certificate Level 2. I also continue to progress through the CIMA qualifications.

The BAE Systems Graduate Development Framework (GDF) is a 2 year scheme for Business and Engineering Graduates with potential for Senior positions within the company. The aim is to provide broad experience of projects and business activity before entering a particular role within the company.I undertook four placements within BAE Systems' Surface Ships business unit, working on some of the country's largest maritime projects. My placements included export projects, International Business Development, Ship Support and the Queen Elizabeth Aircraft Carriers. In addition to the placements, I was expected to undertake Graduate stretch assignments to further my knowledge and exposure in the business, including a presentation to the MD about potential work in the Offshore Renewables Industry. Training is also a significant part of the Programme and included BAE Systems' Project Management Developing You course, BAE Systems' Graduate Developing You course and PEAK. Through these courses I have attained some of the certificates seen below.

During the summer break from University, I worked at the renowned Beaufort Polo Club in Westonbirt, Gloucestershire. My primary responsibilities were planning and co-ordination of players, officials and equipment for the daily fixtures. On event days, such as the Internationals between England and Argentina, I would take additional responsibilities in managing the preparation of the grounds for the public and media, on behalf of the Grounds Manager.
