Mergers and Acquisitions Transactions-Responsible for providing analytical services related to mergers and acquisition, spin-off, split-off transactions undertaken by publicly trading and private companies in North America, Europe and Asia Pacific region for Capital IQ database which is used by major investment banks, sponsors and strategic buyers.-Transactions involve calculation of various types of consideration structures with different types of securities such as stock, cash, options, warrants, election, promissory notes and debt.- Requires daily use of Lexis Nexis, SEC, SEDAR and other relevant stock exchange filings.-Correction of data on the basis of errors recognized and value addition to transactions based on relevant data available.-Perusal and updating transactions on the basis of subsequent filings comprising of DEF, PREM, and proxy filings.
