To provide assistance to the Branch Manager and to assume a supervisory role with all team members.Principal Duties & Responsibilities1. Work with the Branch Manager to motivate and help lead the team, ensuring ongoing development of self and all staff members.2. Understand procedures and financial data so the branch is focused on continually striving to improve on agreed sales and profit targets.3. Assists the Branch Manager to run the branch to ensure a high level of customer service is achieved at all times.4. Understand the importance of ISO requirements and ensures all staff adhere to these when operating branch systems.5. Deliver continuous improvement in service to achieve customer satisfaction whilst meeting sales branch set objectives.7. Assist with and where appropriate manage Company, Regional and Branch promotions to ensure all pre-set objectives are achieved.
