I currently manage 100+ employees (delivery drivers and Amazon associates) on a day-to-day basis, ensuring all Delivery Drivers have an on-time dispatch from our Delivery Station. I am also in charge of all relevant KPIs and ensuring goal is met -- and whenever we don't meet goal, to ensure there is a concrete root cause and action plan to mitigate risk moving forward.

The platform's salient features include user authentication for login/logout, the facility to subscribe for either monthly or yearly payment plans, and the capacity for users to personalize their libraries by adding books of their choice, with both reading and audiobook options available.• Meticulously crafted highly efficient and reusable code by strategically implementing dependency injection, ensuring code isolation, fostering local reasoning, maintaining clear module boundaries, enabling swift development cycles, and ensuring rigorous testing. Further, I emphasized deterministic behaviour and type safety, underscoring my commitment to producing robust, maintainable, and secure code.

• Executed a comprehensive overhaul of a static HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React-based single-page application, integrating interactive features such as animations, transitions, and carousels to enhance the user interface.• Leveraged Axios for processing API requests, enabling dynamic data representation fetched from a cloud server, further improved by the introduction of skeleton loading states, pagination, and dynamic routing for seamless user experience.• Employed Git version control alongside the GitHub interface to promote efficient teamwork within a virtual collaborative environment, thereby contributing to the overall team's productivity and project success.
