I have held the position for 11 years as shift manager across two predominant BBC sites. My role includes dealing with the public, as well as clients, in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring safety is of paramount importance at all times. I am a fast learner, reliable and very willing to learn new skills and I appreciate the opportunity to gain any relevant experience necessary to further my career. I am always putting myself forward for more training when available which would enable me to perform to the best of my ability and progress further within a company.
