I’m a former local news videographer pursuing a career in computer science.After close to a decade of working in news, I’m eager to try something new! I definitely had interesting experiences and grew as a person in my former career. However, the stress and the pay was not worth it. When I was originally going to school I had been debating between something with computers and videography. The time has come to pursue the other path.I’ve been attending UWM since 2022, working towards a bachelors in computer science. In the summer of 24 I quit my job as a news videographer to pursue school full time. I’m now fully committed to this path, wherever it leads me. I have taken many of the core compsci classes, such as Data Structures and Algorithms. Currently, I’m beginning 400 level courses. I'm also serving as a tutor in the Student Success Center for Computer Science courses.
