At AMC Theatres I ran the food and beverage operation for the Quincy Showplace six. From the time that I took over this operation until I had left I improved metrics such as food cost, variance %, food and beverage per patron, and several other metrics reported by our monitoring system OBI. I have also conducted shift evaluations, placed truck orders, monitored inventory levels, payroll, variable operating expenses, and other store elements.

I have reviewed surveys on "The Voice of the Guest," and made changes accordingly. I review metrics weekly and set sales goals. I help market the catering program, and my store is the only Qdoba in the country that has a one dollar Taco Tuesday sale.
