Wrote bid document, evaluation of technical offers, execute FAT & SAT and commissioning.• Lead and motivate supervisors and maintenance employees to achieve PM (Preventive Maintenance), increasing equipment reliability.• Apply modifications to enhance equipment performance, production and reduce spare parts consumption.• Purchase electrical spare parts with considering stock control.• Work with/supervise EZDK partners such as Siemens (Germany and Egypt), SMS Siemag (Germany), Maschinenfabrik Reinhausen (Germany), ABB (Egypt), Danieli (Italy), TAMINI (Italy),Toshiba (Japan), Bando Cranes (South Korea) in projects in EZDK.
