At Lentus i was responsible for the quality within composites. Overseeing all composite parts before they go to customers. I have great attention to detail and work closely with the team to achieve a sub 1% scrap rate. Use lean techniques including 5s and 8D to aid processes and minimise waste. Along side inspection i cover for the laminating supervisor, scheduling, checking and issuing the work to the relevant staff.Raise non conformance reports. Being in such a position has allowed me to make vital decisions about manufacturing and finishing components. I use SAP on a frequent basis and have a good understanding of the software. I am responsible for all parts throughout the manufacturing process right through to delivery. Liaise with customers on a daily basis.Manage a sub-store for bom items.-lean trained-6s and 8D-roamer arm certificated -problem solving to ISO 13001 standard.

At Bamd I was responsible for all prepreg lamination, curing and trimming. being involved in such varied work has allowed me to fine tune my skills and enabled me to become very versatile.
