I’m an operations leader and founder with over 17 years of experience in early- and mid-stage startups. I love building teams, optimizing processes, and solving the complex challenges that come with scaling fast-growing companies. I built Temescal Brewing from the ground up and helped grow the brewery into a Bay Area craft beer institution with a loyal fan base by bringing out the best in my team, constantly driving operational efficiency, and fostering a strong values-driven company culture. After stepping away from daily operations, I’m now looking to use my experience to help scale emerging climate tech solutions. I’m passionate about driving innovation to combat climate change and excited to work with teams that are developing new technologies in energy storage, electrification, and sustainability.
