During a 30 day session, you learn these concepts and then the music helps to integrate it, so that you can speed up the process. The music is 7-12minutes, and you listen to it at least 1x day, on any audio reproduction device.After working in the IT industry for 22 years, I have moved towards musicianship and healing the world with music. Coming from a background of 30 years of music, starting in 1992 when I purchased my first keyboard, to now owning my own studio and an abundant amount of equipment, I have committed my next phase in life to healing the world with music. Its not from a technology perspective, but I have been training for decades to infuse emotions, energy, and spiritual aspects into the music. With this unique approach the energy is transmitted to the listener without the need for special equipment. The listener can then start to experience benefits within a few hours, or days. In August 2022, I started writing the album Emotional Release. I was just following my intuition that I felt the drive/passion to write an album to help everyone deal with suppressed emotions. I didn't feel like I had suppressed emotions, I just felt as though I needed to bring this into the world. I used my coaching on myself. Using my methodology for Mission Driven Music, I began to pick up the necessary skills, talents and abilities, as well as shifts in mindset in as little time as a few hours after writing the music for that purpose. I would write the music, go to sleep, wake up, and I began to notice subtle changes right away. The most significant change, besides massive amounts of new ideas and creativity, was that since I wrote the first track for Emotional Release Vol 1, which was titles Releasing Fear, I have slowly begun to lose weight that I have not been able to lose in other ways. After nearly two weeks I dropped waist sizes and have continued to drop weight even though I have not changed my diet or exercise. I tried a lot of other things, but this for me was the start of it, that and I have a lot more peace and calm in my life.
