Duties and Responsibilities:● Served as a central point of contact with 47 partner Federal Government agencies’ for their conversion and integration into the new CBP Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) single-window; an automated customs system that streamlines the U.S. Customs and Border Protection and partner Federal Government agencies tracking and processing of good crossing U.S. ports of entry. ● Developed and managed a database to record, track, and analyze the progress of the partner government agencies, including assisting in the administration of Federal Government personnel access to the International Trade Data System portal, the information database of the ACE system. ● Develop and disseminate briefing materials on the progress of these partner agencies’ integration into the ACE system for internal and external audiences, including briefing materials for senior CBP and Department of Homeland Security officials, and public-facing documents for dissemination online and at conferences.
