Role Duties and Responsibilities:-Management of day to day operations within the parts department-Management of parts department employees-Inventory control, receiving and receipting-Purchasing and acquisition for a variety of items, from parts needed for repair to specialty tools required-Implementation of training programs and onboarding of new parts department employees-Setting and achieving goals regarding gross profit percentages and growth of the parts department-Management of wholesale accountsAccomplishments at Roling Ford:-Implemented an aggressive accessory sales program, taking advantage of OEM incentives to drive accessory sales at time of vehicle sale and encourage sales department cooperation. This resulted in growth of accessory sales on sold units 75% year over year from 2021 to 2022-Brought department profit margins in line with upper management expectations, exceeding goals set in place for the department consistently-Executed dealership onboarding to Ford's Retail Inventory Management program and reworked department floor plan and organization to accommodate growth and maintain inventory quality-Created training programs to aid in onboarding of new parts department employees, ensuring a smooth and quick transition into the dealership parts department

Managed job sites nationally, ensuring compliance with state and federal workplace regulations. Handled hiring and management of employees, as well as communication with current clients. Submitted RFP's to potential clients, and aided in roll-out and initial start up of job sites.
