I am currently Head of Experience at Haven Church Farm Holiday Village, dealing with all aspects of the Guest and Owners journey and ensuring they’re given the best possible break away with us and ensuring they have a great time from the moment they arrive on park. Being one of five HODs, I support other departments to ensure we are running smoothly and efficiently, staying in control of budget, and overall making sure our teams are happy, keeping them engaged and motivated, supporting and coaching individuals to success.I am a highly motivated, hardworking and competitive individual. I express not only a willingness to learn but am constantly looking to develop myself personally and professionally. My key attributes are my interpersonal skills, energy and ability to adapt in varying roles; I will naturally motivate others around me and can quickly forge strong bonds. I am an excellent communicator with extensive Customer Service and management skills. I am a great team player who is adaptable to ever changing situations, able to work on my own initiative and prioritise effectively.
