I have been self employed , entrepreneurial since I can remember , over the past 10 years I have found my feet by working closely with the local Derby community creating and project managing various development programs for both children and adults alongside therelevant local authorities for the charity Inspire Fitness Academy (IFA).Branching off from IFA I have built up the boxing brand ICB, the largest in the country for a semi professional level, this success has led us holding many successful events in some of the UK’s most prestigious arenas. These events have helped me to improve my portfolio of expertise including event management , recruitment of working teams, health and safety , crowd management plans and working with worldwide performing acts such as Fat Man Scoop.By bringing it all together to ensure we successfully cater for thousands of spectators and participants from all over the UK.Alongside this my passion of coaching and mentoring still maintains with a specialist area of SEN individuals and potential to elite athletes working on confidence , self esteem , weight management and goal setting.
