Owner of a small Groundworks, Landscaping & Building company, serving Burton On Trent and all surrounding areas, alongside being a mental health warrior!Only recently diagnosed with ADHD and Bipolar at the age of 31, i want to stand up, and share my stories and battles up to now.I also want to share my passion in what i do, and connect with like minded people.Everyday, can be a battle. But i strive to do my absolute best for my family.I take great passion in my career. It also gives myself that focus i need. With this, we can also offer works from start to finish..initial design ideasgroundworks & basefull build, including all finishing touches.Mental Health is also very high on my agenda.After being under services on and off, for 21 years, it is only now i have a proper diagnosis.Eventually, my aim is to be able to set up my own kind of Mental Health Foundation. Currently, suicide is the biggest killer to men 45 years old and younger. This needs to change. The whole mental health system needs to change.
